Srishtika Prakash supports non-native English-speaking educators in teaching English.
She recently completed her second Master’s — MPhil in Education, Globalisation and International Development at the University of Cambridge (October 2025).
Her dissertation focused on non-native English teacher identity in technology-integrated classrooms, surveying and interviewing teachers across socio-economically varied cities in India.
Through her work she encourages a multilingual and multiliteracy approach in curriculum, instructional design and content development. Combining her research and career, she holds a decade of experience in teacher professional development and arts-based curriculum development across India.
She is passionate about building inclusive and engaging learning experiences. She loves to explore ways to create content with an interdisciplinary and multiliteracy approach coupled with educative intent.
Srishtika has trained educators across 21 Indian cities in K-12 school instituitions. Her work has extensively focused on teacher training for English and digital literacy. She has also contributed to English language curriculum development, assessment design and education programmes across India.
She has led the creation, coordination and implementation of English Enrichment programmes delivered through LMS. Her work experience includes planning English Language Teaching with education leaders, training teachers for English-mediated instruction and taking care of student needs. She has also conducted theoretical research on CEFR, IB, and British Council frameworks as part of her work.

Srishtika’s journey into English language education and arts-based pedagogy began at a small company called Multistory Learning, in Chennai. A major part of her professional growth with regards to curriculum design, development and teacher-training programmes occurred at a rapidly-developing ed-tech organisation Azvasa Education, in Bangalore. She delivered instructional design along with teacher training modules, assisted in the development of content, formative and summative assessments for grades 6 to 10.
She also helped in the creation of remedial worksheets for English comprehension and grammar, focused on grades 1 to 5. Srishtika edited revision workbooks for grades 6 to 9. She designed English Enrichment Workbooks for Levels 1 to 3, which were levelled and differentiated to support learning— focusing on listening, speaking, reading, writing and comprehension. As part of programme coordination and implementation, she collect feedback related to curriculum content, training, instruction and executive support.

She is an active poet and community organiser. She has hosted and participated in poetry events in Chennai, Bangalore (India) and Cambridge (United Kingdom). Srishtika has created inclusive spaces for writers and performers to share their work. Her creative practice reflects her commitment to storytelling, connection and amplifying diverse voices.
